- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and perform complex joins and aggregations.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in budgeting and strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and reporting metrics.
