Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for key business stakeholders.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Data Strategy: Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of our data assets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to define key questions and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries and assist in ETL processes to support data warehousing and reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with R or Scala is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to connect data points to business outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive meaningful conclusions from unstructured data.
