Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and non-technical teams.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all databases and reporting systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is required.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving business challenges through data.
