Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to support ad-hoc reporting and business intelligence needs.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for complex querying.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
