Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to support business reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and perform ad-hoc analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through statistical analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visual format.
- Maintain data governance protocols to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical data into business value.
