Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and R to query large datasets and perform advanced statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with equity compensation plans is a plus.
