Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support business planning.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
