Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction and reporting processes.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus.
