Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning, validating, and transforming large datasets.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting and automated data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
