Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and analytical solutions.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data mining to extract meaningful insights from large databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced development environment is a plus.
