Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical business insights.
