Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven strategies to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
