Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data modeling to deployment and maintenance of analytical models.
- Advanced Visualization: Design and develop intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources into a unified data warehouse.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and implement scalable solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist in a Top Tech Company environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
