Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that directly impact business growth and profitability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Clean, validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support forecasting and risk assessment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
