Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and user behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and foster data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Experience in A/B testing and experimental design
