Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines processing 10M+ daily records
- Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical frameworks
- Create executive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into production systems
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with SQL mastery
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Advanced certification in AWS/GCP data platforms
- Proven track record in financial services or SaaS analytics
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies
- Experience with data warehouse modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects
