Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user engagement
- Create automated reporting pipelines to monitor key performance indicators and business metrics
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and data quality initiatives
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in a tech or healthcare environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP)
