Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Partner with department heads to define key business metrics and develop strategies based on data-driven recommendations.
- Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
- Tools: Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
