Responsibilities
- Data Discovery & Modeling: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods to validate findings and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating technical insights into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define metrics and improve data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data stories to executive leadership.
