You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, build predictive models, and create compelling visualizations that guide executive leadership. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and risk management.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
