Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and storytelling frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Proven experience translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ETL processes
