Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future business outcomes.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
