Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, assess market impact, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify data requirements and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our data pipelines.
- Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analysis.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, data mining techniques, and regression modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to translate technical data into business value.
