Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that inform product strategy and business growth.
- Dashboarding: Design and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize performance metrics for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write optimized SQL queries and contribute to ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define KPIs and translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Reporting: Automate and streamline monthly reporting processes to provide real-time visibility into company performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Extensive experience creating visual data stories using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
