The Role
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will own our data pipelines, create compelling visualizations, and mentor junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models and ETL processes using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to support A/B testing and product experimentation.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear storytelling and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
