Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Gather, process, and clean large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering, and marketing teams to define key metrics and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences effectively.
