Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data models and analytical solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
