Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visual Storytelling: Create interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Perform rigorous statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities across various business units.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reporting systems.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the data analytics workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems using data.
