Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to identify business requirements and data needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
