Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product performance and user experience
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
