Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Tampa and California to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership, focusing on weekend operational metrics.
- Automate data extraction processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment during weekend shifts.
