Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process for weekend reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Texas and Philadelphia to define data requirements and analytical frameworks.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction, cleaning, and transformation processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear presentations and executive summaries.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to improve performance and scalability for large datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to work a weekend shift and adapt to changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
