Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows to ensure timely delivery of weekly/monthly analytics
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing methodology knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with excellent time management for weekend shift work
