Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support our weekly and weekend reporting cycles.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization.
- Create and update interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to identify business requirements and optimize data workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting rigorous quality assurance checks on data batches processed during weekend shifts.
- Document data pipelines, processes, and analysis methodologies to ensure scalability and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a weekend shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL or PL/SQL) with the ability to write complex queries, joins, and stored procedures.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and automation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
