Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key metrics and translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automation solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data modeling concepts.
