Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from disparate sources (SQL, APIs, Cloud) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders) to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Present clear, data-driven findings and actionable insights to executive stakeholders in a compelling, non-technical manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the government contracting, consulting, or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and database management.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Demonstrated mastery of data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or ETL processes is a strong plus.
- US Citizenship is required for this role due to client clearance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
