Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to the management team and cross-functional departments.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements based on data insights.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future business trends and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for data accuracy.
