Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Design intuitive, interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Virginia and California to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for data governance and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with strong self-discipline.
