Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable impact
