Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to uncover hidden patterns and provide predictive insights.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the data workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and engineers to define data requirements and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python, or R. Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery), and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
