Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Detroit and Texas to identify business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports for executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
