- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and develop documentation for analytics processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R statistical programming
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) preferred
