- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Develop predictive models to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work history
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing experience
- Proven track record of translating business objectives into data solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
