Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and analytics solutions
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting workflows using Python/R and cloud-based tools (AWS/Azure)
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
