Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to provide real-time business intelligence.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable narratives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve overall data infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
