Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex metrics for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data governance standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Location: Open to candidates in San Francisco, CA, and Texas (Remote/On-site hybrid).
