Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Modeling: Design and execute complex data mining operations to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within massive datasets to support strategic initiatives.
- Business Intelligence Dashboards: Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to stakeholders in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of marketing campaigns and product features on user engagement.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- Database Management: Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the organization.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that provide deep insights into market trends and financial performance, guiding executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within the technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.
