Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data pipelines to optimize collection, storage, and accessibility of critical datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize complex business metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Create comprehensive data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% data accuracy across all systems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance and ethics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven impact on business outcomes
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling techniques
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ records) and real-time analytics
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
