Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Build and maintain SQL queries and data models to support reporting infrastructure.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings to management in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
