Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to support business strategy and operational decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data models and queries.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Produce clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through deep data exploration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
